Usage:
1. When you first use it, please put it in correct direction. Fix the velcro on your neck according your own neck size. The opening of the velcro is in the front. Put the inflatable latex ball at your right hand.
2. Please fasten the returning valve before filling atmosphere and draw it.
3. Fill atmosphere with the latex ball until your feeling is suitable.
